These terms apply to your use of the budbudapp.com website and the apps published by budbudapp studio. By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms.

Using our apps

Our apps are provided free of charge for your personal use. You are responsible for the content you create with them and for keeping your own device and data backed up. Because your content is stored on your device, we cannot recover it for you if it is lost or deleted.

No professional advice

Our apps are practical tools — for example for resumes, budgets, petitions, or planning. They do not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Templates and suggestions are starting points; you are responsible for reviewing and adapting anything you produce before you rely on it or submit it.

Acceptable use

• Use the apps and website lawfully and for their intended purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the apps or site.
• Do not use our apps to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The budbudapp name, logo, app designs, and website content belong to budbudapp studio. The content you create with the apps belongs to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our apps and website running well, but we provide them "as is" without warranties, and we may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, budbudapp studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the apps or website.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
