budbudapp studio ("we", "us") builds small, practical mobile apps and operates the website budbudapp.com. This policy explains, in plain language, how we approach your privacy — both in our apps and on this website.

Our apps: your data stays on your device

The core principle behind every budbudapp app is simple: the information you enter stays on your device. When you create a resume, track a budget, write a petition, or build a checklist, that content is stored locally on your phone. We do not run accounts, we do not require sign-up, and we do not upload your personal content to our servers. The only exception is the optional AI photo feature described below.

• No account or registration is needed to use our apps.
• Your entries, documents and files are kept on your device.
• Because we don't collect this content, we cannot see it, sell it, or share it.
• If you delete an app or its data, that information is gone — we hold no copy.

Some apps use standard device features (for example, saving a PDF to your files, or setting a local reminder). These run on your own device and are controlled by your operating system's permissions.

Optional AI photo feature (Resume Builder)

Our Resume Builder app (BUDDA CV) offers an optional feature that creates a professional CV photo from a selfie. This is the only part of our apps that sends your content off your device, and it only happens if you choose to use it.

• What is processed: The selfie you upload and the photo style you choose.
• Why: Solely to create your CV photo. Your selfie is not used for any other purpose.
• How: Your selfie is transferred to secure cloud infrastructure and processed by a service provider, located outside Turkey, that offers AI image processing.
• How long it is kept: Your selfie is automatically deleted from the servers once your photo has been created. The generated photos are copied to your device and then automatically deleted from the servers. On your device, they are kept in My AI Photo Gallery, where you can delete them at any time.
• No account needed: To run the process securely, the app creates an anonymous technical session that doesn't ask for your name or email address; the session is closed when the process is complete.
• Payments: This feature is an in-app purchase handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment card details.

If you don't use this feature, none of your photos leave your device.

Third-party services in apps

Our apps are free and may be supported by lightweight advertising and standard app-store services. These third parties (such as ad or store providers) may process limited technical data — like an advertising identifier or basic device information — under their own privacy policies. They don't have access to the content you create in our apps, such as your CVs, petitions, expenses or notes. Each app's store listing includes its own detailed privacy information as required by the App Store and Google Play.

This website

On budbudapp.com we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and which app links are clicked. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and process data such as a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, under Google's privacy policy.

• We use this data only in aggregate, to improve the site.
• We do not use it to identify you personally.
• You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use browser tools/extensions to opt out of analytics.

Advertising on this website

budbudapp.com may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Your rights

To exercise these rights, email us at info@budbudapp.com. We will respond within the time limits set by the applicable law. Because most of the content in our apps is stored only on your device, you can also delete it at any time by deleting it in the app or deleting the app.

Children

Our apps and website are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
